A fonte de todos os fenómenos do samsara e do nirvana
É a natureza do espírito, vazia e luminosa,
Omnipresente e vasta como o céu.

Quando chegares a essa vastidão do céu,
Descontrai-te na sua abertura; permanece nela,
Funde-te nesse estado semelhante ao céu:
Naturalmente sentindo-te cada vez mais descontraído –
Excelente!

Quando souberes bem
Integrar o espírito e a visão,
A tua realização espiritual tornar-se-á vasta.
E, como o sol brilhando livremente no espaço,
A tua compaixão irradiará sobre todos os seres não realizados.

The source of all phenomena of samsara and nirvana
Is the nature of mind void, luminous,
All encompassing, vast as the sky.

When in that state of sky-like vastness,
Relax into its openness; stay in that very openness,
Merge with that sky-like state:
Naturally it will become more and more relaxed
Excellent!

If you become accomplished
In this  method of integrating mind with view,
Your realisation will naturally become vast.
And just as the sun shines freely throughout the space,
Your compassion cannot fail to shine on all unrealised beings.
